Designed for installation on potable water lines to reduce high inlet pressure to a lower outlet pressure. The integral strainer makes this device most suitable for residential and commercial water systems requiring frequent cleaning because of sediment and debris.

Minimum Flow Rates
CAUTION: The maximum reduction a pressure-reducing valve can deliver is 4 to 1 eg. 2000kPa to 500kPa. Additional reduction will require the use of another valve to step the pressure down.
NOTE: In most installations, one 20mm valve will accommodate the low flow rates of a 32mm to 50mm valve. If in doubt please discuss your installation with Deeco.

Typical Installation
Unless otherwise specified, the assembly should be mounted at a minimum of 305mm and a maximum of 762mm above adequate drains with sufficient side clearance for testing and maintenance.
